Designation: General Manager - Sales & Marketing Job Location: Vadodara Reporting to : MD / CEO Team Size: 6 Experience: 15 - 20 Years of relevant experience in a reputed API & Intermediate manufacturing company Role & responsibilities: 1. To participate in the development and to implement the sales and marketing strategies of the company. 2. To formulate the business plan for marketing and sales volumes, turnover, sales and marketing budgets 3. To define the new product portfolio with Market Analysis and identification of new customer for smooth product launch. 4. To Build strong customer relationships in the India and International markets. 5. To ensure timely services to the Customer/ distribution channel communication management. 6. To elaborate the sales forecast for products and ensure proper communication to the other concerned departments such as Production, PPIC etc. 7. To organizes activities, define priorities, control progress and quality of the performance within assigned region. 8. Credit control management.
