Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
2. Client Relationship Management:
Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Outside Marketing:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
Organize and participate in marketing events, conferences, and industry exhibitions.
Represent the company in client meetings and presentations.
4. Sales Presentations:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the value of our software solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful sales collateral.
5. Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently striving for business growth.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
6. Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Close deals effectively and efficiently.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and outside marketing, preferably in the software industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Knowledge of the software industry and emerging technologies.
