Designation : Developer Resource Experience : 3 5 Year’s As part of the Salesforce COE team, candidate will be responsible to support various Salesforce activities which includes enhancing, maintaining and supporting various Salesforce Instances used by Bureau Veritas business units across globe. Key Qualities : Enthusiasm in customer and internal interactions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excitement while troubleshooting customer problems Willingness to help customers become more knowledgeable Ability to triage high profile and/or urgent customer issues Works well with other team members and individually with minimal supervision Key Responsibilities: Work on Development Test bug fixes to make sure they work as per requirements Translate functional requirements into technical requirements. Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices. Ensure the best possible quality of the application. Experience in deployment using different tools Good problem-solving skills and ability to give optimal solutions. Troubleshooting and fixing bugs Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce Staff Support the Salesforce COE Support & Development team to implement a tailored and scalable Salesforce solution Skills Salesforce Functional & Technical knowledge with 2-3 Years of relevant experience in Salesforce. Developing customise solutions with in the Salesforce platform Ensure the best possible quality of the application Ensure salesforce best practices are followed Knowledge of salesforce limitations Knowledge of different salesforce cloud applications, i.e. SFA, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Understand the Managed Package implementation and can accordingly work on customizations Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications Lightning development experience, preference LWC Knowledge of different types of flow Knowledge of SFDX commands and Git commands Should have worked with an editor such as Visual Source Code ANT for force.com Salesforce certifications – ADM 201 (required), Salesforce PD 1 (required) , Sales & Service Cloud Consultant (desired). Experience in Salesforce administration, Data Migration, Integration (Supporting / debugging existing) Integration. Excellent Communication (Written & Verbal) Skills. Experience in configuring custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements. Worked on Salesforce Lightning for 2 – 3 projects and good understanding on design principles. Experience with the development and integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems (Both On Premise and Cloud based systems). Deep understanding of Visualforce, SFDC APEX, SQL/SOQL, XML, HTML, Java, Javascript, SOAP and REST techniques. Working Knowledge of FSL (Field Service Lightning), CPQ, Marketing Cloud is big plus. Understanding of CSS, XLS, repositories (SVN/CVS). Java development knowledge with 1-1.5 years (desired) Salesforce.com & Java integration is big plus Education (G - B.Tech/B.E.)
