We are hiring for Salesforce Developer Shift: Night Experience: 4-9 Years Location: Chennai, Ambattur Notice period: Immediate Joiner SUMMARY: Responsible for all aspects of the Salesforce platform development to continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform. This role will require frequent communication and collaboration with the CRM Program Director as well as the Salesforce Administrator(s) and other Stakeholders DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Apex and Lightening Web Component creation Identify and translate functional requirements into technical requirements Collaborate with Stakeholders and Salesforce Administrator(s) to design, build, test and implement end to end solutions Debugging and proactively identify potential bugs to mitigate risks Salesforce configuration development, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports Develop Salesforce integrations using APIs Remain current with & adhere to Salesforce technologies and best practices Maintain detailed code documentation and assist in establishing department-specific training, testing and evaluation processes Sandbox environment management DevOps/release management Identifying unused or underutilised platform features Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed Perform all other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Education and/or Experience - Previous experience in a PEO, TPA, or HR outsourcing organization preferred. Strong Salesforce product knowledge and 4+ years of Salesforce Development and hands-on experience with Apex & LWC required. Interested Candidates can share your resume to [email protected]
