You will be responsible for translating business requirements into system qualities and hence into repeatable design strategies and patterns that enable qualities like adaptability, scalability, availability, non-repudiation, reusability, etc. You will play a critical role in coordinating client and work closely with the technical teams to deliver the work and contribute to the overall success of the company. Location: Noida (On-Site) Responsibilities 1. Design and Develop Software by following SOA design and development guidelines, understanding the Salesforce platform, following Best Practices for Coding and Reviewing, and following the complete SW lifecycle. 2. Determines the overall priority ranking of each of the possible system qualities (cost, reusability, robustness, etc.) 3. Responsible for defining the application tiers, frameworks, component types, and interfaces. 4. Effective communication with both technical and business teams; Strong design experience and technical knowledge; Analytical and 'joined-up' thinking; Conflict resolution. Need to set up a good collaboration with the Offshore development team. 5. Establish a technology strategy at the application level. 6. Team player and quick learner with a desire to learn recent technologies. 7. Build reusable components and Service layered frameworks for Nimble products. 8. Making sure the team is following the process thoroughly as set by Project Manager, discussing with PM any deviations from the process, and maintaining the various artifacts and dashboards with the help of the team. 9. Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive, and readily embraces change. 10. Ability to work with a geographically dispersed organization and customers. 11. We need to make sure that Architectural strategy is intact prior to feature development begins. 12. Provide guidance to the team wherever required and should be proactive in removing technical blockers.
