Important skills -
Scripting proficiency (Python) for data transformation.
Knowledge around Python Libraries (Text Oriented Messaging Protocol) like RabbitMQ, DDS, Celery
Proven ETL developer or data engineer experience (7+ years)
Strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle)
Worked with Hosting environment & Datacentres
Proficiency in ETL tools (e.g., Apache NiFi, Talend, Informatica) or custom scripting.
Familiarity with data warehousing (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery).
Version control (e.g., Git) and DevOps experience.
Preferred candidate profile -
Experience with big data tech (Hadoop, Spark) and NoSQL databases.
Cloud platform knowledge (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Relevant ETL and data engineering certifications.
Familiarity with data modeling and schema design.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of data security and privacy best practices.
