Job Purpose
Currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have demonstrated academic excellence & possess sound knowledge of HR processes and systems, for its Human Resources vertical.
Key Responsibilities
Intern will support the Human Resources department in its various functions
Help in organizing and maintaining employee records and databases, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Creation of different adhoc letters- employment, VISA, NOC etc
Day to day operations of the HR functions/duties and provide administrative support to HR team.
Support the onboarding process for new employees and coordinating the entire process.
Prepare reports relating to personnel activities background verification, induction, Confirmation,
Key Competencies
MBA with specialization in Human Resource
0-1 year of experience
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
Highly motivated and willing to work hard
Should be a team player, enthusiastic, energetic and aggressive
