Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have**(Ideally should not be
more than 3-5) 1. SailPoint IIQ (Identity Now will be good) 2. Strong Java, HTML, Power shell scripting 3. Strong knowledge on developing; • Custom connectors • Custom forms • Custom workflows, • Customtask definitions, custom quick links,custom quick link categories, customemails, customobjects and custom reports • Identity Trigger Events, Password policies, System Configuration (for custom identity attributes tobevisible), UI Config (customized choose identities page), Role Configuration (created role attributes), Policies and Policy violations. 4. Work on the following front will be a great asset: • SailPoint automation • Integration with complex applications, Remedy Force.. 5. Must have been in a client facing role in addition to a technical role. 6. Must have managed mid-level stakeholders at client (VP level, CISO, and client side IAM leads)
Good-to-Have 1. The candidate is expected to have excellent analytical skills and report writing skills to ensure that deliverables for all assignments are well accepted by the clients. 2. The candidate is also expected to have excellent presentation making skills to ensure that report summaries are made into succinct theme-based presentations to senior management.

1 Build excellent and simplified training materials to train client teams and Junior team members
2 Conduct knowledge sharing sessions for the teams below them on a monthly basis
3 Involve in development and testing as per the requirements
