Having a good understanding and Deep knowledge of the best practices of SAP modules: MM (Material Management), EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) in S4 HANA manufacturing area Applying this knowledge to provide application support and solve defined business problems. Maintaining Functional Specifications, design blueprint and related documentation Resolving general issues related to SAP MM/ EWM. Delivering high quality, efficient work (Business Issues and Tickets) within agreed SLAs, timelines Understand customer needs and quantify appropriate actions in incident management, problem management, feature development and CSIs. Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) and interpersonal skills Working during EET timezone (8-17 EET) Experience with complex Architecture / interfaces. We expect you to have? Must have at least 4-5 years of hands-on strong experience with SAP modules: MM (Material Management) and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) in S4 HANA manufacturing Strong understanding of SAP integration touch - points between MM, TM, FICO (CFIN), EWM and other components S/4 HANA technology SAP certifications - Must to have Good to have Hands-on experience with S/4 HANA, new technology A self starter with good attitude having the ability to deliver with little direction/supervision Ability to work on Implementation and Support assignments Taking part in customer/ vendor calls and handling issues independently Involvement in asset development and innovative solutions (Robotics, Automation, CSI proposals) Must have Customer facing consulting skills and positive solution centric attitude. Proactive communication and consulting discussion with the architects and business stakeholders day in and day out, maintaining a clear transparency, commitment towards deliverables, keeping the timelines and gain trust with customer in this area.
