Job Description:
• Providing support for SAP in MM/WM and integrated modules troubleshooting and resolving
issues and change requests within targeted SLA and also an urgent issue during month end closing period with quality
• Manage customer challenges and escalations in a proactive and structured manner
• Act as point of contact to analyze and fix application issues, ensuring SAP services are available
and reliable to meet business expectation
• Working closely with different teams (e.g.: Basis, ABAP, other modules, SAP support or 3rd party)
to ensure issues and requests are addressed timely
• Discuss with business users in gathering requirement of Change Request and prepare functional
specification as well as carry out a necessary review with business
• Carry out Unit Test, System Integration Test, and its related documentation
• Support user in carrying out User Acceptance Test
• Provide training to users whenever necessary
• Prepare internal presentation and proposal whenever necessary
• Fully comply with and adhere to all the standard AMS processes and procedures that are
developed.
• Able to support the project assignment, when necessary, responsible for contributing to overall
project objectives and team deliverables
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree or above in related field
• 5+ years of work experience in Application Maintenance Service (AMS) or any support application.
• Knowledge of functional and technical in the SAP S/4 HANA MM sub-modules (Purchasing,
Inventory) and WM (Warehouse management)
• Basic knowledge in SAP Ariba Commence Automation
• Certificate in certificated accountant, or another related program is a plus
• Fluency in English (both verbally and in writing)
• Customer focused with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills
• Excellent documentation skills, good with MS Office suite especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Deep understanding of business processes as well as good knowledge of technical issues in the
area of financial modules
