Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to promote real estate listings and attract potential buyers. Create engaging and visually appealing content, including property listings, blog posts, and multimedia assets,to captivate the target audience. Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies to identify and capture potential buyers or investors in the real estate market. Utilize digital channels, landing pages, and other online tools to collect leads and build a robust customer database. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads from digital marketing efforts to the sales pipeline. Sales Activities: Actively engage with potential buyers via outbound calling to understand their requirements and guide them through the property purchasing process. Conduct property tours, virtual or in-person, showcasing the features and benefits of available listings. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a positive experience for clients throughout the transaction. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
