• Collaborate closely with hiring managers across the German speaking countries in Europe to understand and align
talent needs, ensuring a deep understanding of position requirements, target audience and timelines.
• Employ innovative and strategic sourcing techniques, leveraging a variety of channels such as LinkedIn, job boards,
professional networks, and international recruitment platforms to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and thorough candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and
cultural fit.
• Drive the candidate journey by managing applicant tracking, maintaining accurate candidate records, and ensuring
compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Provide expert guidance, training, and support to hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment
process.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, continuously enhancing your knowledge and expertise in talent
acquisition.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• German language skills required, with minimum level B2 certification.
• Proven experience in international recruitment, preferably within the logistics industry, with a focus on hiring across
German speaking European countries
