Training of candidates in the German Language up to A1 or A2 level. Prepare lesson plans and other documents required for training Understand the unique learning needs of each candidate, and work with candidates who need more attention in learning German Assessments of candidates: You will assess the German language skills of prospective candidates who apply to us and those who are enrolled in our German language training; Conduct assessments of our German candidates, who are learning at our partner training centres and provide the necessary support Conduct weekly and monthly assessments and document students progress; plan and implement remedial action for weaker students Conduct mock tests after each level and do remedial classes Use multimedia and innovative tools in class Others: Being a start-up, there will be many other areas of work; the associate is expected to work collaboratively with the team on identified business needs. Essential Skills: Minimum of B1 level in German (Goethe Certified), or Masters in German with 1-2 years of experience Problem solver and go-getter attitude Strong communication skills both written and verbal and ability to nurture relationships (internally and externally) Detail-oriented - focus on diligence, time management and quality of work Proficient with MS office, especially excel Location: Noida Salary: As per competencies and experience - Open discussion
