Job description-Senior SAP FICO Consultant Location-Mumbai Job Description: Handling FI Tickets based on priority of Accounts Payable, New General Ledger, Automatic Payment Run Co-ordination with various teams to reach a resolution of an issue. Executing the needed changes in configuration. Addressing End user operational issues. Discussing and understanding about the new requirement raised by Business users. Preparing end user manuals. Responsible for managing the AMS team and enhancing their performance. Responsible for handling incidents form SD and FI side which includes issues from O2C cycle as well as TDS and TCS functionality issues. Identification of frequently repeated tickets which consumed a lot of time in solution, for such types of tickets I have done root cause analysis and delivered the root cause analysis documentation. Making Functional specification document for customized requirement of client. Created and updated functional specifications, test scripts and configuration documents. Worked on support project related to Asset accounting. Handled issues related to Inter-company Configuration from finance side. Created Financial Statement Versions to extract the financial statements from SAP like Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet for reporting purposes. Looking after overall check of sub-ordinate for daily basis work allocating and getting the work done form them.
