Description
The Store incharge-Supply Chain Operations is responsible for leading and managing plant Stores team, inventory management, scrap management and reverse logistics of packaging material.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Drive best practices implementation store functions.
Contracting and disposal of scrap of the plant.
Physical verification of RM, Packing and store consumables.
Defining inventory levels of engineering and general items and avoid stock out position.
Minimizing Inventory carrying cost.
Co-ordination with internal and external stake holders for RM and PM availability at plant.
Plan effective utilization of available facilities / resources.
Managing Reverse Logistics of packaging material
Position Demands
Traveling to manufacturing plants.
Critical Success Factors - Essential
3-5 years of experience as a Store incharge for any manufacturing plant.
Any Graduation.
Understanding of SCM process.
IT Skills: (SAP/ Oracle); MS Office: Excel/PP/Word.

Understanding and analysing of all the process of SCM and its importance in business bottom-line.
