Job Title: SAP SF (Success Factors) Payroll Consultant

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
4-8 years of working experience with SAP SF/HCM
• Very good Knowledge on all SAP HCM /SF interfaces process around PA/OM ,Benefits/Pensions , Time , Payroll process , Third-party.
• Undertake- Knowledge transfer/handover SF config workbook and Functional and technical document are appropriate
• Test scripts preparation and execution , Master-data etc., (Perform unit, integration, tests.) , should be working closely with developers and business.
• Preparation and delivery of end user documentation
• Test the SuccessFactors modules according to new or changing business requirements.
• The candidate should have prior knowledge / experience in all SAP EC/ECT/ECP interfaces.
• Manual SF test scripts build and test execution
• Should have the knowledge in working in complex interfaces , CPI cockpit/interfaces testing , EC ,ECP, Time Off/recordings.
• Firm grasp of integration between Employee Central and SAP ECC/S4 HANA
• Experience with technical configuration of interface between SuccessFactors and SAP.
• Good to have a functional SAP and business expertise to help support business objectives for Canadian country specific
• Provide second and third level end user functional support and guidance.
SAP SuccessFactors ECP senior professional with over 4 years of experience in Canada/US payroll
Consultant should work with a team to provide Payroll expertise to our client(s).
The day-to-day role will include consulting and providing support in building solutions to suit business conditions around Payroll and Time Management
Configure data tables and Info type mappings for Success Factors to the ECP system.
Should have strong exposure to Foundation Objects Configuration, Role Based Permissions, Workflows, Position Management, Global assignment configuration, Business Rules
Enabling retroactive employee data changes and set earliest change data.
Pay Rate Changes (Off-Cycle)
Exposure to process model for mass off cycle bonus run
Refining Succession Data model for point-to-point integration
Experience in implementation of Mashup from SAP Payroll to SuccessFactors Employee Central
Bug fixed in payroll issues related to retroactivity and prior period adjustments.
Provided test case on tax calculation testing.
Executed live payroll off-cycles correction payrolls.
Worked on Over payment issues and Fix (generating claims and overpayment reports)
Generated Overpayment reports to audit recovery amount
Create overpayments in overpayments work bench
Deliver Quarterly and Year End Tax Report support
Good to have:
Implementation and support of Payroll control Center
Support knowledge of SuccessFactors suite of products - Employee Central, Onboarding. Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation & Variable Pay.
Responsibilities :
Participate/manage client interaction regarding incidents and change requests
Work on incidents within defined SLAs and provide solution to the client
Implement innovation, automation and productivity improvement ideas
Work on change requests
Develop a high degree of product knowledge with the eagerness to learn other solutions
Provide consulting advice to customers on Controlling and Financial processes in SAP
Assist customers in the decision process
Demonstrate good technical capabilities

Excellent communication skills; make presentations; participate and/or drive workshops
Experience in working with global/international teams will be considered Additional requirement (Is Must)
On-Call for extended hour support
Available on phone to attend to any major issues
Support testing and be there for weekend supports if needed for Infra related changes
