Implementation experience with at least 1-2 full lifecycle in Success Factor implementation
Preferably minimum 2 years domain experience
Abe to troubleshoot, analyse and determine root causes to issues/incidents within Success Factors modules.
Sound understanding on integration points found within Success Factors
In-depth knowledge of SAP Success Factor(EC,PMGM,RCM) , SAP HCM, Success Factor -Success Factor integration techniques
Able to address both process and technical issues being faced by the customer.
Effectively communicates to internal and external stakeholders.
Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard Success Factors Employee Central Solution
System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook/ Business Blueprint Strong XML Knowledge
Expertise in integrating the solution with Success Factors / SAP or 3rd party HRIS & solutions
Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts
Able to train the user communities (End users /Super Users)
SAP certified in at least one of the following modules: Employee Central, Recruitment Management, Learning, On-boarding and Performance & Goal Management.
