Description
As a SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central Consultant, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and project managers. Your role will be pivotal in transforming business requirements into actionable system designs, and ensuring their successful implementation within the SuccessFactors platform.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Collaboration
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and tailor solutions within the SuccessFactors system.
System Design & Implementation
Translate business requirements into system design specifications.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of these designs.
Project Management
Create comprehensive project plans, manage project timelines, and ensure the timely delivery of projects.
Risk Management
Identify potential project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans to address them.
Documentation
Develop and maintain essential project documentation, including project plans, requirements specifications, design documents, and testing plans.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor project team members to ensure the successful completion of project deliverables.
Stakeholder Engagement
Provide guidance and support to business stakeholders on system functionality and best practices.
Training
Develop and deliver training materials to end-users on system functionality and best practices.
Qualifications :
Strong background in HR technology, preferably SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central.
Excellent project management skills.
Proven experience in system design and implementation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
