Minimum 4+ years of experience in ABAP HR and 2+ years SAP SuccessFactors / HCM Data Migration project experience Demonstrating experience as SAP Data Migration Consultant in at least 2 SAP implementation project Knowledge and experience of Data Migration in Employee Central PM/GM Compensation etc. Understanding of SAP IT Architecture and design Understanding functional specs and writing technical specs Developing ETL programs and data quality processes using SAP BDC programs and LSMW’s Executing of conversion programs for each mock cycle dress rehearsal and cutover as part of the SAP implementation project Proficiency in SQL coding Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivating and be able to plan your own work independently.
