Explore and discover risks and resolving issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality and bring to the table potential solutions. Make sure that all integration solutions meet the client specifications and are delivered on time. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Should be worked in 2 - 3 large scale (Multi Geography implementation projects & Experience with SuccessFactors development/configuration/customization/enhancements Consultant should be able to configure SuccessFactors, as well as assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of SF Modules. Have strong SAP SuccessFactors Time Off experience. Experience with the creation of Holidays, Holiday Calendars, Work Schedules, Time Profile, Time Types and Time Account Types. Experience with various Time Off Business Rules. Experience in MDF, BCUI, Object Definitions etc., Strong Experience with RBP. Strong Communication. Well versed with documentation. Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills for coordinating across teams. Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central product-suite configuration options, integration points and best practices. Working experience in MDF objects, Business rules, API, Provisioning, Data Migration, Workflows, Integration Center, Design implement and deploy SAP SuccessFactors standard solutions to achieve defined business goals. About you: ======== You must be a sound experienced SAP Success Factors consultant with min. 3 or more years experienced consultant.
