We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager specialized in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), with a keen expertise in Power Automate and AI Builder, to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the full software development life cycle (SDLC) of automation projects and be adept in project planning using tools like MS Project. Key Responsibilities: Design and build RPA solutions using Power Automate, UI Path, and other relevant tools. Efficient stakeholder management to ensure alignment with project goals. Strong project planning and management skills, including experience with MS Project or similar tools. Guide and manage a team of automation specialists towards successful project completion. Ensure adherence to the full SDLC for automation projects, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Qualifications: A minimum of 8 years of total professional experience, with at least 5 years in automation and 2 years specifically in Power Automate. Proven track record in RPA project management. Exceptional team management and leadership skills. A strong foundation in AI Builder and other RPA tools. Having experience in Power Apps and Microsoft Dynamics will be plus. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, .NET, or Java is highly beneficial. Experience in process analysis, design, and optimization. Familiarity with cloud services like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. Strong understanding of database management and SQL. Experience in Agile methodologies and project management software like MS Project. Problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
