Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for developing full-stack web applications that are scalable, secure, and user-friendly. You will work closely with our back-end and front-end developers, UX designers, and other team members to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher, with minimum relevant experience of 5 years (experience working with various frameworks and tools such as Spring, Hibernate, Angular, React, and Node.js.) Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain Java-based web applications Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies Build reusable and modular components using modern front-end frameworks such as Angular Design, develop, and maintain back-end applications using Java and its frameworks such as Spring Boot Develop and implement RESTful web services and APIs Ensure the performance, quality, and scalability of applications Identify and troubleshoot software defects and issues, and develop solutions for the same Must-Have Skills: Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot and Micro services Hands on experience on Java 8 features. Experience with any one of the ORM frameworks like Hibernate or JPA Knowledge on Distributed Transaction Management and Distributed logging Familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, Gradle or Maven Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular Understanding of browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them Familiarity with RESTful web services and API development Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis Familiarity with message brokers such as RabbitMQ and Kafka Experience with version control systems such as Git Provide hands-on technical solutions to business challenges & translates them into process/ technical solutions Deliver high quality work and adapt to new challenges, as an individual or as part of a team Excellent communication and thought leadership skills Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work with diverse personality types and understand technical issues. Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with front-end testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Cypress Experience with responsive design and CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap or Material UI Familiarity with UX design principles and tools such as Sketch or Figma Knowledge of server-side rendering and SEO optimization Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
