Working on quality and process improvement for overall function.
Working with large data, multiple data points, analyzing to get desired outcome.
Preparing various dashboards, exceptional reports, (automated/manual) as per management requirement for monitoring purpose.
Identifying gaps between processes and system through Process walkthrough, feedbacks and various measurement matrix.
Identifying solution, Co-coordination with various stakeholders/ branches for implementing, driving and monitoring
Digitization approach to for better monitoring, accuracy, saving of efforts and cost.
Working with various stakeholders to identify need for digitization in certain process, preparing BRD, facilitate testing and rollout and monitoring implementation.
Process flow drafting, process document preparation
Project management, driving Lean Six Sigma project with using project management tools to
get desired results.
10. Identifying training requirement for team and organizing for the same.
Skills :
Good communication skills
MS office proficient: Advance Excel, Power Point, etc.
Green belt certification preferable
MBA fresher or experience 4-5 years in quality/ process improvement/ project management/
business excellence.
If experienced in the financial sector would be preferable.
