Description

Lead complex and high impact organization-wide processexcellence projects to drive efficiency and customer delight Conduct entitlement studies, lead process re-engineeringprojects, and streamline workflows Drive insights and analysis from business metrics to driveoperations excellence. Be a change agent and work collaboratively with cross-functionaland cross-geography teams Lead in opportunity identification, business case creation,project planning BRD writing, support development, UAT, and final deployment Instill a continuous improvement mindset by working with/by trainingdelivery teams Project management (organizing, resourcing, prioritizing,expediting, taking practical business calls) Interviewing (curiosity, teasing out problems and ideas byasking the right questions) Preferred candidate profile 5-10 years of experience in Process Excellence role At least 3 years of experience in software product developmentand implementation Proven track record in effective end-to-end project managementskills Experience in root cause eradication and problem-solvingmethodologies Well-versed with RPA projects and prior experience in Ui Pathwill be an added advantage Ability to understand business requirements and convert them totechnical requirements Excellent stakeholder management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and document draftingskills Having a good understanding of QC tools, Lean, Six Sigma, andVisualization Dashboards Has Conceptual skills (ability to see the big picture, deriveplans from goals and objectives, grasp complex ideas, and come up with answersfor difficult problems) Previous experience in Process tools (including Design Thinking,Lean, Value Stream Mapping, Process Modelling) Bachelors degree in Engineering or Statistics Preferably MBA in Operations CoreCompetencies ServiceOrientation - Should be aware of both - the internal as well as externalcustomers and their needs; and is committed to meeting the customers evolving,long-term needs - the focus is on SERVICE ResultOrientation - Should be able to direct efforts towards developing andimplementing realistic action plans to meet business objectives; with a senseof urgency - the focus is on achieving RESULTS Initiative - Onemust not only understand and accept the responsibilities towards his/her job;but also, proactively works towards identifying challenges and its resolution -the focus is on seeking SOLUTIONS Professionalism- Shouldhave in-depth knowledge of all functions and displays not only required skillset, but also ethics and integrity while conducting the job - the focus is onPROFESSIONALISM Cooperation- Onemust ensure completion of all tasks at hand and simultaneously extends supportto team members and displays joint ownership towards achieving businessobjectives - the focus is on TEAMWORK Communication/Feedback- Shouldbelieve in providing feedback to other associates and receiving feedbacks toenhance performance, thereby meeting business objectives - the focus is on OPENCOMMUNICATION
