Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) 5-8 years of proven experience in Operational Excellence roles Certification in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is prefferred. Key Responsibilities: Implementing process excellence support for program governance, including object reviews, communications, and training Utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and change management methodologies with appropriate certifications Demonstrating technical proficiency in machine-mould-product knowledge, Operations Management, TPM, Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, Problem Solving, and troubleshooting Showcasing organizational and analytical skills with a focus on project management Generating Monthly MIS reports for Operations Performance in Monthly Review Meetings (MRM) Applying vast knowledge of operations excellence and strong leadership skills Ensuring optimal operational efficiency at the lowest cost aligned with strategic objectives Desired Skills: Strong technical background in machine-mould-product processes Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills Proficiency in Operations Management, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma Effective communication and leadership abilities Why This Role Matters: This position plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence within our organization, contributing directly to strategic objectives.
