Company Location: Noida, Sector-62 Job Title: Learning Mentor (Remote) Work Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM Working Days: 6 days Job Summary: The Learning Mentor serves as a crucial support figure within our educational setup, dedicated to guiding and empowering students through their academic and personal development journey. Primarily responsible for providing personalized assistance and encouragement, the Learning Mentor works closely with students to identify learning needs, cultivate effective study habits, and foster a positive learning environment. By offering guidance, motivation, and tailored support, the Learning Mentor plays a pivotal role in nurturing students' confidence, enhancing their learning experiences, and aiding them in achieving their academic goals. Responsibilities: Mentor and guide students individually or in small groups to improve their English language skills. Develop personalized learning plans based on students' needs, abilities, and learning styles. Conduct assessments to evaluate students' language proficiency and progress. Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement in speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Assist in the development of teaching materials and resources. Collaborate with other educators to create an engaging and effective learning environment. Track and document students' progress and communicate with parents or guardians as needed. Stay updated with new methodologies and educational trends. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in English or Maths. TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification ( Plus) Strong understanding of learning methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students. Experience in mentoring or tutoring is a plus.
