Role & responsibilities Opportunity: Acuity is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have strong leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills for its Investment Banking team based in Gurgaon. Responsibilities: Supporting our clients on sector-agnostic assignments across multiple industries such as IT/ BPO, Telecom, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Healthcare, Metal & Mining, Retail, Oil & Gas, FIG, etc. Preparing detailed financial models including LBO, MBO, DCF, Merger (accretion/dilution), credit etc. Model Audits / Editing Should be able to do model audits/ reviews and edits independently Analyzing businesses and financials including trading/ transaction comparable, operational/ financial benchmarking, valuation analysis etc. Preparing company profiles, company-focused discussion documents related to various industries, deals and peers screening and industry research etc. Preparing other deal-specific documents such as briefing memos, discussion papers, transaction proposals, etc. Supporting clients in various stages of due diligence Meet project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure high client satisfaction Conducting quality control check of the outgoing reports/packs Required Background Post-graduation in Finance or equiv. qualification (CFA, MBA (finance), CA or Equiv.) Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial modeling Leading and delivering projects, including: Financial models including DCF, merger, LBO, credit etc. of different industries o Bespoke quantitative projects like model audits/edits and quick valuation analysis etc. Industry studies/ sector reports, market sizing Deals-specific documents and presentations including discussion paper, transaction paper, Benchmarking, Ratio analysis Acuity Knowledge Partners Excellent written and spoken communication skills with experience in Client handling Should be well versed with MS Office suite especially Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Working knowledge of databases such as Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, Factset, Thomson, etc
