- Helping in Annual report BRSR preparation
Customer
- Act as conduit between the company and the investors
- Negotiate, structure, and complete fund documentation for clients.
- Interact with institutional investors, communicating investment research and responding to requests for models and ad-hoc analysis.
- Build relationships with investor relation teams of the portfolio companies.
- Responds to all internal queries on legal matters while ensuring adherence to defined policies.
- Keep a record of who the investors are, what they like, and how they're feeling about the company.
Internal Process/Internal Process/Operations
- Draft and present internal proposals for approval by our organizations Investment Committee and Board
- Support fund raising activities for the fund as needed.
- Serve on Advisory Boards of portfolio entities, as required.
- Attending annual investor meetings for underlying funds.
- Create and maintain earnings, valuation, and industrial models for allocated number of stocks, or the name of the industry to be covered.
- Analyze data to identify emerging opportunities and risks, justifying the reasoning.
- Provide BUY/SELL/HOLD recommendations and present findings to the investment committee.
- Maintain constant coverage of industry-related news, trends, and developments. Disseminate own insight when appropriate to internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal sales and trading teams for responding to news, corporate action, and reporting events. To maintain a procedure protocol for escalating emerging news.
- Maintain a public image for the Organization at conferences/events. Communicate the companys research, building its brand and referring potential new clients.
Learning Development
- Devise and perform own primary research methods, keeping abreast of trends and sentiment in the market.

MBA in Finance or CA
Technical Skills
- Proven work experience as a Private Equity Associate or similar role
- Organizational skills to manage several accounts at once.
- Ability to analyze lots of data to provide insights and directions to clients.
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Private Equity Associate
- Profound understanding of equity markets on a global level. In addition, a deep understanding of fundamental analysis, financial modelling, asset allocation, and strategy research
- Prior experience in financial services (5-10 years) as a managerial role such as MA, ECM, DCM, Sales Trading or Equity Research
- Advanced Excel proficiency. 8+ years of practical experience of using Excel for building and maintaining financial models
- Platform experience within Bloomberg and other research tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency for presenting and debating a point under pressure
