We have a vacancy with details below Role: DERM Black Belt Quality Location: Mumbai Shift: Should be flexible with night shift and 24*7 working environment. Business Unit EBPS DERM - SCM Role Name Delivery Excellence Partner Preferred Experience Range 8+ years of experience, BB certified or Trained in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Education Qualification Graduate with experience in procurement domain (SCM) preferred Location Mumbai Job Description: • Change agent delivering Transformation / Process Improvement collaborating with Customer and Internal stakeholders to improve Business Metrics and outcomes. • Deliver Business value to Customers by alignment to Customer goals and establish strong customer connect thru’ Customer governance. • Lead Transformation /CI program for the Customer • Provide Transition support to Customer/Domain thru’ set of transition deliverables • Ensure resolution for Critical focus projects and support for the Customer • Identify improvement opportunities and develop account level PI - Transformation roadmap • Ensure deployment of IQMS standard practices Skill set: • Graduate with 8 plus years of experience • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt Certified or Trained Black Belt • Should have led / mentored 2-3 LSS projects in previous domain or customer • Good knowledge of various process improvement tools and techniques • Preferred SCM knowledge and exposure of handling Transformation / PI for the account. Soft Skills: • Excellent verbal & communication and presentation skills • Capability to work under time pressure in a dynamic business environment & Ability to manage client relationships
