Location: Initially Pune, based on business needs to travel in South
Asian/African countries for client deliveries.

About the role: We are looking out for dynamic freshers for Sales and Consulting role.
Candidates having less than 2 years of experience in operational
excellence will be an added advantage
Responsibilities:
Prepare oneself to be a consultant and be ready to deliver Consulting
assignments
• Implementing KAIZEN Tools & Strategies at Client organization to achieve Operational Excellence goals
• Bringing in the promised change through process improvements and
delivering agreed results as per the contract and helping clients to achieve
competitive advantage in its industry.
• Contribute to sales and Business development • Deliver Quality service to clients
• Achieving 100% score on discipline in marketing support initiatives
• Support and contribute to achieving circle (Team) goals and objectives
Candidate Requirements: • BE/BTech in Mechanical/ Industrial/Production Engineering and/or
ME/MTech in Mechanical/Industrial/Production Engineering/MBA in
Operations/Logistics and Supply Chain Management
• Presentation skills
• Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Analytical skills
• Problem solving and public speaking skills
