Description

Working on a live transaction advisory assignment with an institutional client Working on the transactional advisory process, data room preparation and management, investor interaction, and structuring of NPL transaction Pitching to potential investors, encompassing both domestic and international Preparing financial models to assess high-value stressed asset cases Assess the financial viability of projects and identify appropriate funding alternatives. Analyze financial statements including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Provide regular feedback to the team with the MIS tracker Preferred candidate profile Candidates who are pursuing/or cleared CPT/IPCC/Final can apply for the role. Candidate with bank audit/experience in banking sector in his/her previous roles would have added advantage Experience in key Financial due diligence and carrying out the relevant financial analysis. Commute within and outside the city for business/client meetings A confident individual, who is presentable and possesses good oral and written communication skills Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) A fast learner with multi-tasking and team leading ability Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
