Description
The role entails primarily to support the overall financial management, including planning forecasting, reporting analysis and long-range planning.
Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, Finance and operations, and HR. Primary focus area would be collecting, validating data for finance reporting and developing publishing Power BI dashboards and partnering with Marketing and Sales.
Key Functions:
Assisting the Deputy/Finance Directors and finance leads in Planning/forecasting related activities.
Support Finance Directors in executing operational activities.
Liaising with HR, Legal, and Finance departments
Assist in Ad-hoc analysis/investigations/what if modelling and collaborate with/enable business to deliver expected outcomes
Cost analysis, including headcount, tools, and other facilities cost
Preparation of Management reporting (MIS)
Ability to work in an unstructured environment, have a problem-solving attitude to enable and bring in possible solutions.
To do well in this role, you need an excellent eye for detail and good understanding of how the business operates
Key Responsibilities:
Ensures that data is accurate, complete, and consistent.
Implement processes and procedures to monitor, assess, and improve data quality.
Monitor data sources and ensure that data is appropriately entered, stored, and maintained to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Work with other departments to identify data trends and patterns that support the organization s objectives. This will include using data visualization tools like dashboards and charts to help identify trends and insights
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement data analytics and reporting capabilities to support business decision-making processes
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Level MBA Finance with around 0 - 1 years of experience in FPA, MIS Reporting,
Basic Analytical Skills

MS Excel or Google Spreadsheets, Power Point
