The ideal candidate will possess strong SQL and charting skills, combined with exceptional root cause analysis (RCA) and analytical abilities. This role demands a data-oriented and analytical problem solver who can lead projects and mentor team members. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and data models. Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Lead root cause analysis efforts Create compelling and informative visualizations and charts to represent data findings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights. Mentor and guide junior data analysts in best practices and advanced techniques. Requirements: Proficient in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to conduct in-depth RCA. Experience in leading projects and mentoring team members. Experience in R & Python etc., is a plus, but not a must have.
