Description
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), including managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze and manipulate data, creating spreadsheets, charts, and reports to aid in decision-making processes.
- Leverage knowledge of Power BI to develop interactive and insightful dashboards for data visualization, contributing to strategic analysis and planning.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, drafting and editing communications on behalf of the executive.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodation, and logistics for the CEO.
- Plan and coordinate executive meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minutes.
- Streamline office processes to enhance efficiency and productivity, anticipating and addressing the needs of the CEO proactively.
Preferred Candidate:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create formulas, pivot tables, and conduct data analysis.
- Knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive secretary or administrative assistant.
- Familiarity with executive office protocols and corporate etiquette.
