Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in SAP PP/QM and well versed in SAP S4 Hana/Ecc with good analytical skills Experience include 2 end to end implementation and Support Projects. In depth knowledge in below Areas : Must have worked on production planning Discreate manufacturing and Repetitive manufacturing Knowledge on Planning Strategies, Production plans, Demand Management, MRP, Capacity planning and Kanban Must have work on configuration of production planning and QM module. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions, identify, validate and document customer requirements Knowledge of ad hoc process Map client business requirements, process and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy client's needs An Excellent communication written and oral and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain good relationship with clients, right attitude towards work and team player Role and Responsibilities : Good understanding of business processes in the areas of production planning, execution, and plant Hands on experience of configuring the system to support entire logistics of Process order, Production order, MRP planning, Plant maintenance, Assembly, Serial Number, Batch number, BOM, Notification, Maintenance order, calibration orders, Maintenance Task List, Measuring Point, Counters, and Maintenance master Plans, inspection lot creation & do the Usage decision for inspection lot. Expert in PP, QM master data objects Design, customize, configure and testing of PP Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues Document functional designs, test cases and results Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with other
