Description
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including lease agreements, purchase contracts, and service agreements.
Provide legal guidance on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.
Advise on legal and regulatory aspects of operating and managing co-working spaces.
Ensure compliance with central, state, and local laws and regulations related to real estate and co-working operations.
Collaborate with internal teams, including real estate, finance, and operations, to provide strategic legal advice.
Manage and mitigate legal risks by designing and implementing company policies and procedures.
Oversee and liaise with external counsel as required.
Keep abreast of legislative changes that may affect the company and its operations.
Qualification:
LLB/LLM candidates are preferred.
2+ years of relevant experience
Knowledge on real estate market and affairs preferable
Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
