Description
Consultant/Senior Consultant is responsible for serving as an SAP production planning functional specialist on an implementation of SAP PP/QM. A Senior Consultant is also responsible for gathering documentation, implementation, testing of their assigned area functionality and coordinating all applicable areas of functional overlap. A Senior Consultant validates as-is and to-be process flows and system integration from a user perspective, identifies potential work-around to system changes or limitations, identifies level of effort required to successfully implement changes to business processes and user activities A Senior Consultant documents and configures SAP modules to meet business requirements and serves as a user-level advocate to ensure excellent process flow and system designs. A Senior Consultant develops procedures and methods for unit and integration testing prepare string, unit and validation test scripts for all business process areas in scope. A Senior Consultant performs unit, string and validation testing. A Senior Consultant leads planning team in driving significant improvements in forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and on-time-delivery (OTD) performance to give the company a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

Builds professional relationships with clients, management and team members to ensure delivery of proposed solutions, support for development of business possibilities and for personal development
Contributes to high productivity and motivation of working team with the use of communication skills and cooperation; reaches and realizes project aims and outputs
Keeps close communication with ABAP development team
Should be able to perform configuration in SAP PP/QM areas to meet the business requirement to enhance the business process
Responsible for deploying SAP PP/QM system to meet business strategy across functional teams and writing the technical documentation for required process
Communicate and coordinate with business users, managers and respective leads to ensure the integration of processes and modules across organization
Evaluate and amalgamate research findings to develop valuable insights and strategic recommendations for our client

Experience in customer relationship management using highly professional verbal and oral communication skills.
Must have one end to end implementation in PP/PI(Process Industry).
Should be organized and focused on delivering research tasks within defined deadlines
Must be dynamic, flexible and possess perseverance skills
Must have strong knowledge on MRP, Planning Strategies, Safety Stock & ROP, Demand Management, MTO & MTS, Capacity planning, Special procurement keys, Production versions, Process Instructions, Industry Business Processes, Customer & Vendor returns process through defects recording, Result recording, Defects recording, Sample management, Usage decision and Electronic Batch Recording and QM notification
Must have good knowledge aboutShop floor relatedconfigurations, Operation execution, Batch Management, Operations out sourcing, QMprocesses, Master data, Batch Management, Notifications, Quality Certificates and Master Data (BOM, Routings, Work center)
Must have strong experience working as functionalconsultantin development of Custom Reports and its Validations
Must have knowledge on Plant rollouts (at least on PP, PP-PI, QM configuration setup)
Must be able to prepare user training documents and deliver user trainings
Must have knowledge on cross module integration (like PP-CO, PP-WM, PP-QM, PP-MM)
Exhibit reactiveness and constructiveness at work such as, suggesting innovative and pragmatic solutions
