Note: Only Immediate Joiner Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP PP and QM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules, with expertise in implementing and optimizing SAP solutions for manufacturing and quality control processes. Responsibilities: Provide expert guidance and support in all aspects of SAP PP and QM module implementation, configuration, and customization. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP PP and QM solutions that align with industry best practices. Configure and maintain SAP PP functionalities, including production planning, master data management, shop floor control, and capacity planning. Configure and maintain SAP QM functionalities, including quality planning, inspection lot processing, quality notifications, and quality certifications. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions to educate end-users on SAP PP and QM functionalities and best practices. Lead and participate in SAP PP and QM module integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and WM to ensure seamless business processes. Perform system testing, validation, and support during SAP PP and QM module upgrades, patches, and enhancements. Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to address business users' concerns related to SAP PP and QM functionalities. Stay updated on the latest SAP PP and QM trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve knowledge and skills in the field. Work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines and budget constraints. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of [X] years of experience as an SAP PP and QM Consultant, with hands-on experience in implementing SAP PP and QM solutions in manufacturing environments. In-depth knowledge of SAP PP and QM module functionalities, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality management principles. Experience in leading workshops, gathering requirements, and designing SAP PP and QM solutions to meet business needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. SAP certification in Production Planning and/or Quality Management is preferred. Experience with S/4HANA implementation projects is a plus. Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
