SAP Senior Consultant MM / EWM / Fieldglass (Location: Bangalore) Job Description The person taking up this position is expected to work as Sr. Function Consultant - SAP Material Management role in a “SAP S/4 HANA Implementation Project” for SAP MM, EWM and Fieldglass module and related integration with other modules. This role involves, (but not limited to) gathering business requirements, qualify business requirements, prepare high level design, validate design to avoid any conflict with existing system design, prepare detail design (blueprint), create functional specification for any development related to these requirements. Development includes RICEFW (means Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancements, Forms and Workflow). SAP MM module scope involves all key features of Purchasing, Inventory Management, Pricing Procedure, MRP, EWM and Fieldglass. Developments in product execution and integration with various legacy systems., Thorough knowledge of integration with Sales, Finance, Costing, Material Management, Quality and Maintenance module of SAP is essential for this role. Role Details: Person applying for this role must be able to take up following activities: 1. Should be able to understand S/4 HANA business process related with SAP MM, EWM, Fieldglass module and related integrations. 2. Should be able to configure the system for new business requirements. 3. Should be able to make and explain Function Specification for new development. 4. Should be able to guide development team for desired developments. 5. Should be able to create documentation as various stages: Design Document (business blueprint), Functional Specification, Configuration Document, Test Scripts & Test Results, Training document, Standard Operating Procedure as applicable. 6. Should be able to build test script for unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing. 7. Should be able to test and record the test results for various stage of testing like Unit testing, Integration testing, Volume testing, User Acceptance Testing 8. Should be able to coach and mentor team members. Qualification Details: Person applying for this role must have following qualification / experience: 1. Educational qualification: B. E / B. Tech 2. Total Experience of 12+ years with at least 7 to 10 years in SAP. Must have worked on at least 2 implementation projects and 2 global support projects. Experience of working in global support projects is a MUST. 3. Knowledge of SAP MM all key functionalities are MUST this includes but not limited to Purchasing, Inventory Management, Pricing Procedure, MRP, EWM and Fieldglass, Quality Management in Material Management. 4. Experience of bud fixing and issue resolution in a global environment is a must and a critical skill. 5. SAP certification in SAP MM is preferred. Knowledge of S/4HANA is mandatory. 6. Knowledge of Japanese language is preferred but not mandatory. 7. Knowledge of Authorization management / access control is preferred but not mandatory. 8. Preliminary knowledge of ABAP is essential (debugging / logic understandingetc.)
