Job Description: Senior SAP MM Functional Consultant Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP MM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Materials Management (MM) module and extensive experience in implementing and optimizing SAP MM solutions for clients across various industries. Responsibilities: Provide expert guidance and support in all aspects of SAP MM module, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules. Analyse client requirements and business processes to design and implement SAP MM solutions that meet their needs effectively. Lead and participate in workshops, discussions, and meetings with clients to gather requirements, define scope, and develop solution strategies. Configure SAP MM system settings and parameters to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver high-quality SAP MM implementations on time and within budget. Provide training and support to end users, key stakeholders, and junior consultants on SAP MM functionalities, best practices, and system usage. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities to validate SAP MM configurations and customizations before deployment to production environments. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and optimization within SAP MM module and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated on the latest SAP MM trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance knowledge and skills in the field. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations to help them maximize the value of their SAP MM investments. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of [X] years of experience as a SAP MM Functional Consultant, with a focus on implementation and support projects. Strong expertise in SAP MM module, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP SD, SAP PP). Hands-on experience with SAP MM functionalities such as purchasing, inventory management, procurement processes, and pricing procedures. Proficiency in SAP MM configuration tools and techniques, including Material Master data management, Purchasing Organization setup, and Release Strategy configuration. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into SAP MM solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels. SAP certification in Materials Management (MM) is preferred. Experience with S/4HANA implementation projects is a plus. Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
