Lead the AMS function and provide oversight for the team of functional and technical professionals to meet the needs of the business Lead and manage the SAP S/4 technical and functional teams (internal and extended), including hiring, training, performance management, and development. Manage the SAP operations, including incident resolution, problem management, change management, and service level agreements. Plan and execute SAP projects, including scope, budget, timeline, resources, and deliverables. Ensure the alignment of SAP S/4 solutions with business requirements and strategic objectives. Coordinate proper documentation of architecture and creation of solutions to resolve common issues Ensure the compliance of SAP solutions with SAP best practices, standards, and governance tools. Monitor and report on the performance and availability of the SAP environment and solutions. Identify and implement opportunities for improvement and innovation in the SAP environment and solutions. Present to executive team on status of AMS support, enhancement projects and impact on business Required Skill: 15+ years of experience in managing ERP environment. Experience managing SAP technical and functional teams in a complex SAP S/4 environment. Hands on experience in configuration of SAP FICO, SD, MM and PP SAP S/4 solutions, projects, and operations that support our business processes in Supply chain, Finance, Sales, and Production Planning. Experience with cloud architectures and system integration methods Understanding of SAP security and ABAP development practices Past participation in change management committees Successful implementation of enhancements on time and within cost estimates Experience working in an ITIL-based service management environment
