Ensure data consistency and accuracy across the organization. b. Establish standardized processes for creating, modifying, and archiving master data. c. Enhance data quality and reliability for better decision-making. d. Streamline workflows and approvals for master data changes. e. Provide a centralized governance model for the specified master data domains. Scope of Work: The scope of the project includes the following key components: 3.1 Master Data Domains: •Vendor Master: Standardize and centralize vendor data creation and maintenance ensure vendor information accuracy. - Management of vendor master data, including contact details - Integration with procurement and accounts payable processes. •Customer Master: Implement consistent customer data management practices to enhance sales and service operations. - Maintenance of customer master data with a focus on accurate contact information and transactional history. - Integration with sales and accounts receivable processes. Material Master: Ensure standardized material data to improve inventory management, production planning, and procurement processes. - Creation and maintenance of material master records. - Integration with procurement, production, and inventory management systems. •GL Master: Centralize and govern General Ledger master data to ensure financial reporting accuracy and compliance. - Maintenance of general ledger code master data. - Integration with financial accounting and reporting systems.
