WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Manage and administer the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance, user access, and data integrity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, Finance, and others, to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement in our technology stack
Configure and customize Salesforce to meet the unique needs of our revenue operations teams, including but not limited to lead management, opportunity tracking, and quote-to-cash processes
Collaborate with other departments to integrate Salesforce with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation
Stay updated on the latest Salesforce releases and features, proactively suggesting and implementing enhancements to drive efficiency
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to sales leadership and other stakeholders
Assist in managing and administering other revenue operations tools as we grow
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent work experience
Salesforce Administrator certification is required; additional certifications (Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) are a plus
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a B2B SaaS environment, with a focus on revenue operations
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, lead-to-cash workflows, and revenue recognition
Proficient in configuring and customizing Salesforce using declarative tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow) and Apex coding skills are a plus
Familiarity with integration tools and middleware solutions
Experience with Azure DW and Data Factory leveraging integrations of NetSuite through Azure to Salesforce is a plus
Familiarity with other integration tools and middleware solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
