Description

To be working with CRISIL PMU at SIDBI premises (a) Liaising with the Legal Counsel in connection with vetting of legal documents. (b) Coordinating with Bank’s empaneled Legal Counsel and providing legal opinion in respect of other related areas as and when sought on an ongoing basis. (c) Supporting the operational functionaries in understanding and mitigating the legal risk in agreements etc. (d) Any other work/ responsibility as may be assigned by the Bank from time to time.
