Senior SAP FICO Consultant with Project Systems Support Repetitive. Location: Bangalore (and / or) Erode Languages: English and Tamil Must to have Job Description: Our company is seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant with expertise in Project Systems to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO modules with a strong focus on Project Systems support. The successful candidate will be responsible for ongoing support to ensure the effective utilization of SAP FICO and Project Systems functionalities. Responsibilities Overall experience in SAP (S/4 HANA or ECC) with INFRA Domain Knowledge modules (especially FICO, PS, MM) process knowledge, application testing, reporting, master data maintenance, License Compliance and user rights management Good experience with SAP PS production support, with end-to-end process knowledge on SAP Project System Strong experience in implementing / managing support of SAP with similar organizations, spanning blueprinting, configuring and testing activities. Demonstrated reasoning, problem-solving, good communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment. Prefer a candidate with strong Project Management with INFRA background. Good configuration knowledge of PS structures- WBS, standard structures, user status profiles and Master Data. Should have good understanding of relevant methodologies business processes and standards Knowledge on Integration of SAP PS with other modules ie, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, PM and QM is must. Good exposure on interaction with business users Good communication, problem solving and analytical skills Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on SAP FICO and Project Systems best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business process improvements and drive continuous optimization of SAP systems. Qualifications: Masters or Bachelors degree with at least 5-7 years of experience implementing or supporting Sap or similar ERPs. Minimum of 2-3 full life cycle SAP project implementation in SAP FICO modules, with a focus on Project Systems implementation and support. Proven ability to lead and participate in full lifecycle SAP implementations, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. SAP certification in FICO and/or Project Systems is preferred. Experience with S/4HANA Finance is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
