Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field. 4 years of experience as a SAP FICO Consultant. Hands-on experience with SAP FICO modules (FI, CO, AA, AR, AP, etc.). Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. Experience with SAP implementation projects, including full lifecycle implementations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. SAP FICO certification is a plus.
