Generating weekly and monthly MIS Reports, Reading mails and sending mails. Handling customer queries, making reports, receiving calls, reporting to the manager. Troubleshooting Customer issues over the call using Excel functions. Preparation of Charts & dashboards by using critical formulas in Advanced Excel. Produce descriptive statistical reports using graphs with the filtered data (Pivots) in MS-Excel and present the reports in MS-Powerpoint. To do the comparative analysis & document the reports for the higher management using functions. Playing a vital role for preparing Monthly Review Data. Spreadsheet Consolidation using Consolidation function Preparing daily, weekly, monthly sales reports with Pivots Charts. Preferred candidate profile MS Office, SQL, Advanced Excel, SQL Server. Requirement Gathering, Inter Team Coordination Strong Verbal and Written communication IT professional with an analytical frame of mind. Good in conducting primary and secondary research.
