Ensure all onboarding paperwork is done within defined TAT
Onboarding Essentials: NJ Verification Process, Execution of Medical Camp, Bank Account Camps, Permanent ID Cards, Client Site Bages, Uniform, Laptop allocation, File Creation
Offboarding :- Paperwork & Exit Process
Payroll Management : Responsible to ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly payroll inputs to the HO Payroll team
Employee Relations :
First point of contact for HR and payroll queries - work with Compass HO to answer more complex queries
Employee Grievance handling
Engagement : Execute Engagement & Retention Plan, Employee Engagement Surveys & Exit Interviews
Leave & Attendance Management - Guide managers on the process
Letters - FTCs, Transfer, Salary Change, Internal Reference, etc.
