Description
As an HR Intern, you will have to provide assistance to our HR department in executing key programs that drive employee engagement and experience. You will assist the HR Department in planning, organizing and reporting on these programs
Responsibilities
The Intern will work closely with the HR Business Partners to design and execute an HR program around employer branding, culture, organization development, etc
Market Data Collation/ Market best practices.
Coordination, implement suitable tools and preparation of reports.
Working closely with the HR team on operational activities related to key programs
Create reports on the HR-related process when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
masters degree in Human Resources Management or similar field, MBA(HR )
Must be available for full time internship
Must be available for duration of at least 3 months, preferred 6 months
Must have relevant skills and interests
Should be quick learner and highly motivated
