Description
The HR Intern plays a crucial role in supporting the human resources department in various administrative tasks and projects. This role is essential for gaining hands-on experience and understanding the operations of an HR department within an organization. The intern will have the opportunity to learn about the different functions of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
Participate in organizing and coordinating HR projects and events
Conduct research on HR trends and best practices
Update and maintain employee records and databases
Support the HR team in handling employee inquiries
Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures
Participate in conducting orientation sessions for new employees
Support HR managers in various administrative tasks

Assist in organizing and maintaining HR documentation
Required Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices
